Founded on St. Aldhelm’s Day 1945, we are an enthusiastic group of people that work independently from the Abbey who are passionate about preserving, restoring, enhancing and raising awareness of Malmesbury Abbey

Founded on the site of an ancient monastery and built in the 12th century, the abbey is a magnificent example of Norman architecture.
